Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G-120-125 - i heard on the news that if you walk atleast 45 minutes everyday after dinner then you can lose weight more healthier than any diet. is this true? and do you think it will work?

I don't know but I think it's suppossed to be good for yur digestion.

im not sure if thats true. i just know youll lose weight both ways. doing it in the beginning of the day helps you burn more calories and such when you eat your meals, doing it at the end of the days helps burn the calories you already intook. im not sure if this is correct but i think it is. I excersize early in the day but i want to start excersizing some after dinner too. so i hope it works lol!
