Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - I've been slacking off like crazyyyyy
I haven't excercised (like really excercised) for like three months. I don't have Aerobics class anymore because our scheduales changed in school and now at home I'm just not motivated enough to do any type of exercise and I'm just doing schoolwork mostly. I don't want to be 210 againnnnnnnnn.

Well hey at least ur still eating right! Don't be like me! I have to keep myself busy and then I'm fine! But hey to get back into the swing of things just start off slow and pace urself back into it!

try bto exersize in the morning. like just force yourself- then you hjave it over with for the rest of the day. it saves a lot of stress.
