Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - okay so breakfast was a cup of lowfat high fiber cimimon cereal with skim milk and banana, lunch hanm+cheese sandwhich w/ yogurt, and when i came from school i had a lowfot pudding and some stawberries. i think tonight i'm having a garden burger and salad. ps i was hingry at school today so i had a goldfish 100 cal pack, not that bad with 2.5 grams of fat anyway. i couldn't really exercise today cuase my dad was talkin to somebody on the phone and needed the room so i couldn't do my workout tape. well that sux but i don't think i ate too bad today! :0)input?

wow- beside not being to exersize i think you did great! a good way to check if you did well is to see if you have fulfilled your fiber and protien requirements without going over the calorie limit you have set yourself(like 1200-1800 calories or something)
