Ht. 5'6, Wt. 149 - yay i lost a pound! ok well anyways 24 to go.. today i woke up and had some oatmeal then i went to the gym and swam twenty laps and did a lot of reps on the machines for all different muscles then i came home and ate one of those yogurt smoothies with 70 cals in and a banana then i went to rugby practice for two hours and did a lot of running and then i came home and had another one of those smoothies and a banana but then i messed up i had a piece of cake it was too big and then some fudge which i just feel really bad about so before work im gonna burn 200 cals on the eliptical or just do dance dance revolution for a while....

I no longer felt guilty since i had goten 2 hrs of biking in. (this donsn't mean to make a habit of it.
