Ht. 6'0, Wt. 215 - I lost 5 pounds since last monday!for breakfast i had special k cereal and 1% milk lunch-nothing(forgot it at home)snack-salad dinner-broccoli and cheese...excercise- half hour on trampoline and ran/walked a half mile-i know its not alot but i dont feel good.i think for the first time im gonna stick to my diet and lose the weight.input tips ne thing reply please! THANKS!

You did well! The snack was good after forgetting lunch cuase u made up for it, great workout! Sorry u don't feel good but u should try to eat a bit more for dinner especially when you're sick u need lots of fluids and good nutrition! ;-)
