Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:265/260 G:170 - Hey Everyone!!!! I need some advice, I would like to lose 30-40 pounds by June but I feel a little on the hopeless side. I've been doing everything humanly possible to lose this weight and i've only lost close to 20 pounds. I would like to lose up to 40 pounds by June. I eat a bowl of cereal every morning, I have a ham or turkey sandwhich for lunch w/ water. And for dinner I have a lean chicken breast with a can of vegetables, usually string beans and as a drink i have water. I need exercise ideas, since its getting warm now I was thinking of starting my walks, any other exercise ideas from any of you guys that have had success? PLEASE RESPOND!

Your diet seems very good but i would suggest running, have you ever tried it? When you're done it feels like you just burned up like 5000 calories, haha. GOOD LUCK THOUGH!

So just run,ect...whatever works for you and weight should come off easy within a good amount of time. Good Luck :)
