Ht. 6'0, Wt. 215 - breakfast-oatmeal lunch-nothing i wasnt hungry snack-half can of soup dinner-idk yet should i be counting carbohydrates, calories, fat, sugar? idk?...and whats an eliptical machine? EXCERCIZE-half hour trampoline 45 or 50 mins yoga/pilates and walked a mile.im starting to hate excerciseing.any tips to make it more fun? PLEASE REPLY!
