Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - Hey girls I just read in HealthyWoman that the best time to weigh yourself is once a month- the week after your period starts, so you're less likely to retain water. Ex: if your period starts this Wed weigh yourself next Wed, and do the same thing next month.

Ya know I always tell my self that like weigh in once a week os 2 weeks or w/e but I just want to admit I have a problem I'm officially addicted to my scale, every morning for me! Lol!

Yes, thanks. I just thought that tidbit of info would help some people! I'm going to try to weigh myself weekly, cause otherwise i beat myself up if the number even goes up .1 you know? :-)

Yeah...that wouldn't really work for me. I get my period about every 3-5 months. Besides, I need to weigh myself daily for inspiration. But, whatever works for you...we are all different.
