Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - how much/what exercise should i do to lose 5 pounds a week? and how many calories should i consume/burn a day? please help =]
Reply from someone - 04/06/06 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx You should aim to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week, just cuz the faster you lose the faster it comes back on, an its usually just water weight the first week. I'm not trying to be mean, i've been through this many of times, and have learned the hard way.

Reply from Teresa, Age 14 - 04/05/06 - IP#: 69.85.150.xxx Hey :) I lost about that much atually 8lbs in 2 weeks which is pretty close. what i did was go to the gym every single day possible workout for at least an hour, do crunches after if you can heh :D i burned from 500-700. Good luck!
