Ht. 5'6, Wt. 163 - Today I ate, for breaky, a bowl of special K, and a apple sauce(50 cal) For lunch I had a turkey wrap, and grapefruit juice. For dinner I had slimfast. I drank water all day, and danced for a bit. How did I do, also has any1 lost like 13 lbs in a month coz I wanna get to 150 by my bros bday, when I see my crush. I already lost 15 lbs, now i would like to lose another 13 in a month and then another 20 by july 31. Thanks.Any advice?

your deit is horrib;e- you definately need more calories/nutrition. your body will be extremely unhealthy if you keep up that diet. not kidding.

Well definetly awesome job on what u've done so far! My advice is well ur diet is great don't change a thing but to keep ur weight loss consistent add sum more exercise in there and u should see results! Btw whats like ur ultimate ultimate goal weight? I'm only asking cuz ur about the same weight as me!

You ate reakky well! But you need a real dinner, try a small sald or lean baked or something. Sorry i don't have any other advice. Good luck! ;0)
