Ht. 5'4", Wt. 145.2 - Im down to 145.2 im happy but i really want do get down to 140 and then to 122do u think i could do this by next school year? but the thing is i lose only about .5 a week do u thing i can make it because im going into high school
Reply from someone, Age 16 - 04/06/06 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx yes, you can deff. do it,if you up the excercise a little you can probably lose about 1 or 2 pounds a week, which is healthy, and also the slower you lose the weight the better because it means you are burning fat and its not the water weight. Also, drinks lots of water, it helps flush out the system. Keep up the Good work! You will do it!
