Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - Softball practice today yeah and maybe some input plz:
braekfast- lowfat muffin/banana/ yogurt/ snack- 100 cal goldfish/lunch-helthy choice soup w/lots of veggies and chicken and a pudding i think before practice i'm going to have a light snack of maybe some fruit and another puddin.

Hey I see that you eat pudding also so do I. I love to eat it and its only about 90 calories ! It really beats my chocolate craving also with out me having a candy bar which isnt healthy at all. See Ya

you should defitnitley have the fruit instead. great job, especially on the breakfast, you need a lot to start out your day. keep it up :)
