Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - What do you do when healthy food is not available, and all there is is junk?? Today I came home and started to make a pita pocket, but all we had was lettuce and avacado! So I put it away. Ooooh! Popcorn. I had popcorn. and OOoooh! mini blueberry muffins! Vanilla cookies! just junk. I keep doing this. It makes me mad.

But if it happens all the time then tell your family to buy heathy food all th time so that you will always something for you to eat.

Reply from Izzy, Age 13 - 04/06/06 - IP#: 68.46.182.xxx i did that too, it really sucks! try clearing out the junkffod and stocking up on more veggies like cucmvbers and tomatoes, fruits, or puddings and yogurt. even 1% milk tastes god with a weight watchers mini cake, 2.5 grams of fat and 80 cal!
