Ht. 5'4, Wt. 163 - Hi guys, I figured id be like everyone else and post my progress for the day. Anyways its my goal to get down to 150. I was 165 yesterday and by tonight I JUST got back from soccer with sum buddies and ate dinner. So since i just ate i didtn expect much of anything. But hey, i figued id get on the scale and check it out. Well to my suprise im down to around 163 thats 2lbs in 2 days and all I did was eat alot less and didnt have any snacks. Id wish i drunk more because i was dehydraded at the end of the day, but i can fix that. I got pretty sick in the school year and so i kinda was in bed for 4 months and gained 15lbs. It isnt noticible or nothing exept if i take my shirt off. Anyways iv never been really toned or buff and my goal is to be 150 or below by summer. Wish me luck! and hey, if i can loose 2 lbs in 2 days than i can proboly loose at least 4 lbs a week! Good luck evvery one

It kinda sucked because we were about to go to europe for a tournemnt. I do some jogging though. And lots of crunches and stuff whne i can. Ill do that more.

I have like a 4 pack and than fat where the other 2 need to go. And love handles.Ugh. lol oweel ill get rid of it.
