Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Breakfast-oatmeal, water. Workout-70(eliptical) 100 crunches. Lunch-Sandwich on wheat, apple, yogurt. (snack)Bowl of strawberrys, grapes, &melon. Later on i had a little popcorn and a jellocup. (tomorrow i am going to def. cut that out) dinner-cereal &peanut butter on crackers, with water. I feel really bad because my mom was supposed to go take me to get some healthy food..and i dont live with her anymore and ir eally miss her and i never get too see her..and i called and she went to the casino instead. this makes me sad =( input please..

oh- and if you really like it than don't give up jello- just get the 10 calorie kind!

i'm sorry about your mom. she sounds like my dad does. i think you should try to get a bit more protien into your diet- the peanut buter isn't enough protien, you should be eating about 60g a day. your fiber intake looked good with the oatmeal, cereal, and fruits so that's good.
