Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - woo just got home from school and not going back until the 19th! yay i love spring break! =] well this is what i had today, breakfast- a bowl of cherrios with 1% milk, lunch- water bottle,100 calorie pack, and 2 somewhat big chocolate chip cookies, dinner- 6 fish sticks and some mashed potatos [not sure yet bc i didnt eat lol], snack- a cup of cherrios, 3 ritz crackers, and thats probably it. do i have to eat more? or should i cut back on some stuff and if i do then what should i not eat and what should i eat instead? thanks so much i love this site! =]

um.. you need to eat more nutritious foods. you should focuas on eating natural foods- less processed foods. less sugar and carbs and more protien and fiber. what you ate is bad because you might have gotten enough calories, but you definately did not eat a balanced diet which means your body will not be as healthy and yuour metabolism will slow down. also- is that one bottle of water all you drank? you should be drinking 8 8oz glasses of water a day plus another 8ounces if you exersize.
