Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Ok so instead of annoying you guys with what i eat every single day, i thought i would just put up my daily plan, so i could get some input. Every day im going to have a light yogurt with 1/2 granola bar for breakfast. Than i go work out and do 70 on the eliptical and crunches. Lunch is either a Veggie burger/small salad/or sandwich with a fruit and either a sugar free jello cup, a string cheese, or apple sauce. Dinner is the same but instead of fruit, i get my veggies. all water of course. what do you guys think? i plan to do this for a while, so i really need input. thank you thank you!!

The only thing is that I heard ceral or a whole grain muffin is a better source of carbs than a gronola bar. i don't know but I've SLOWLY lost 7.6 pounds in a month and I usually have a VitaMuffin for breakfast. =)
