Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Question-If i burn off 1000 calories or more a day (gym, skateboarding and dancing) is it ok to eat like 1500-1600 calories a day instead of 1200? Will i lose weight this way? beacuse i noticed that my body is alot more hungry now that im being alot more active. all food calories, im still drinking lots and lots of water. please reply. thanks exohexoh

And, nobody should eat 1200 calories. It's not enough for you to get all you need. Remember, we are still growing kids. We need calories to grow. You are doing great.
Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 04/09/06 - IP#: 71.112.40.xxx burning 1000 cals a day is unsafe fpr a kid ur age because kids under 2 arnet supposed to do over 30 mins of hard cardio at a time. plus u could eat 1500 cals alone and sttill lose weight, i used to burn about 400 cals a day with 1500-1700 cals and lose 2-4 lbs each week
