Ht. 5'10.5", Wt. 200 - hey guys- i upped my exercise just a little bit since i began to plateau on the weight loss for a while and in the i weighed myself this morning and i weighed 200- i started at 220- so i lost a total of 20 pounds- the best part was i didnt tell anyone - not even me family that i was dieting and the last couple days everyone has been telling me i lool really good- !!!!!
Reply from nicole, Age 16 - 04/09/06 - IP#: 68.104.116.xxx i went to the gym- 30 minutes on mondays-wednesdays and fridays then went home and played ddr for 30-45 minutes- on tuesdays and thursdays- i just played ddr for about 30-60 min. i eat a light yogurt everyday for breakfast, a protein bar for lunch, a can of veggies or a granola bar for a snack- a wheat tortilla with some kind of meat or made like a wrap or pizza- and a sugar free popsicle for desert- its been three weeks since i started and i have lost about 20 pounds
