Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Breaky-Oatmeal. Lunch-light yogurt. Dinner-veggie burger with 1/2 can of veggies. sancks-fruit. drink-all water. im too tired to to go the gym (ive been goin every day for an hour and a half) so im gonna stay home, crank up the tunes and just dance. what do you think?

oh and try adding a small salad or sandwhich for lunch. it'll help boost up your metabloism! :)

hey teresa! haven't heard from ya all day! superurb meal pplan! sure, take a break. dance. you know what's also good? a short pilares of yoga routine. not that demanding and good for strenghtening!
