Ht. 5'6, Wt. 185 ish - Hey, y'all! I'm back! I have been planning to start an eating and exercise plan for such a long time, but I always seem to put it off! "Oh, I'll start Monday." And then I'll eat the chocolate or whatever. I also have a very good exercise thingy, Urban Rebounder, and it works so well when I have time to do it! I have had so much work to do lately, I never have time to use it! I have a play in May where I wear a white dress with a tight top, and I really want to slim down before then. What do I do about my procrastination and busy schedule?

A play? Awesome! I have a play in May, too. You just got to set your mind to it and think postive. Start now, not tommorow or next week. When you grocery shop, get lots of healthy foods and low fat desserts! Good luck. =)
