Ht. 5'4", Wt. 145 - Breakfast: light yoghurt, fried potatoes; Lunch: pita pocket w/ lettuce, tomato, avacado, olives, mustard, low-fat italian dressing, and some grapes; snack: pretzels; dinner: caesar salad, corn, frozen peaches, and a cup of milk. For excercise I did like 10 minutes of exercising in the morning (like cruntches, push-ups, marching in place and stuff) and a 10 minute walk, and the 2-mile walk away the pounds video (30 minutes) HOW DID I DO TODAY???? Input....please? =)

Everything was good except for breakfast. instead of FRIED potatoes have like fruit, or something thats not as greasy hopefully. i mean you still want to get the food intake, just not the stuff thatll clog your ateries. good job overall though! :D
