Ht. 5"5, Wt. 152 - Okay... well... I feel pretty bad that I've gained weight but I guess it's my body's way of sending me a wake up call, so to say. :-p It's time for me to get back into the ruitine of walking to and from school. Last year I was at my lowest weight (of 130 lbs), and all I did was eat right and walked to and from school every school day. The walk takes about 45 minutes each way, but for today I will also be going to the gym for an hour. Hopefully in turn for all this work I'll be doing I'll be getting some results. Oh, I've also decided to start posting more on this site. I usually tend to just read what others post because of my severe anxiety (grr), but I think it would help a lot if I would actually post once in awhile. Anywho, goodluck to everyone. :)

Thats a great idea. Even just 30 minutes of exercise can make a load of a differnce.

I walk to and from school also.
I think that's basically how I lost all the weight...because of all the walking + eating right. Even though it's just a 15 minute walk, it of course is still good...a little bit goes a long way, right? :)
