Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 148 - Actually, yes, eating small meals every 3 hours does help you lose weight Christine. I'm sure that a doctor in nutrition( the people at jenny craig) would know much more than an immature stupid 14 year old like yourself. (no offense of course to other 14 year olds, its just that this christine girl is really immature.) And by eating every 3 hours, I've already dropped 2 more pounds since yesterday thankyou very much.

Yes, exactly! I eat every 3 hours also and I got miraculous results:) eating every 3 hours speeds up your metabolism and is very good for your abdominal area. People thing that 'eating too much" causes you to get fat but it's really about moderation and small portions.
