Ht. 5'6, Wt. 190 - has anyone ever tried the slim fast diet ? because ive been drinking it latley and i actually really like the taste of it and i think its something i could continue doing without completley hating it. well please respond and let me know if you tried it and it worked or didnt work for you thankss :] ♥
