Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:265/260 G:170 - my plan for the week is ruined! :( I was gonna workout so much and now it's ruined, my little sister has the flu and now me and my dad have it. i am going to still eat healthy, try to have an appitite but i did accomplish exercise early this morning when i felt better. i played DDR for 40 minutes and burned close to 300 cals. but i feel like crap now...good luck to everyone, hopefully i can get back into my groove next week :'(

I know it sounds strange, but it makes up for the vitamins and calories you are not getting and it'll stay down. If you don't have the stomach flu, remember this for next time!
