Reply from Lindsey, Age 10 - 04/10/06 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx I like the morning and night. Like in the morning do cardio to wake you up, and then yoga, pilates, or stretching at night to calm you down and get rid of daily stress. You can do cardio at night to though, I do!
Reply from Teresa, Age 14 - 04/10/06 - IP#: 69.85.150.xxx Ok my mom told me that, if you do in the morning it helps to help you burn off calories when you eat later in the day, however at night, you burn off what you ate. so either is really good, i would say earlier because you get it over with and dont have to worry about doing it later. good luck! :D
