yeah jellos are great, before i had to to church yesterday i was hungry but i knwe my dinner was gonna be awesome and i didn't wanna overeat, so i had a jello and it kept me full for like 45 min! try adding a bit of sliced fruit of light whipped cream or coolwhip to keep things interestin!

Hey just cut out all sugary drinks, like jucies and sodas, try to stick to milk and water (if you want something sweet put just a little of that syrup stuff into the milk) switch all your junk food to healthier foods like fruits and veggies. Some good snack ideas:94% Fat free popcorn, 10 calorie jello cups, fat free popsicles..ect ect. Do at least 30 mins of excersize a day. Your not really overweight, so dont get to crazy about it, just switch off something not healthy, for something healthy every week, and excersizing a little and youll be looking great! :D good luck!!!
