Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 148 - Blah, I feel guilty. Today I was supposed to spend 2 hours in the gym but I fell asleep because of this allergy medicine I've been taking. Well, the gyms already closed, but does anyone have any good low impact cardio ideas because I'm still feeling kinda sick.
Reply from amanda, Age 16 - 04/10/06 - IP#: 24.28.146.xxx Yeah, I still use the eliptical but I'm more into jogging and stuff now..it doesnt burn as many calories in the amount of time as the trainer does, but its a change..i got kinda bored with the eliptical, but yes, it does burn calories like crazy.
Reply from anne, Age 19 - 04/10/06 - IP#: 131.229.170.xxx maybe not more than 2hours- that might get dangerous...unles it's light or something. i love the eliptical machine for my cardio- for five min intervals i switch from using just my legs going forward, just my legs going bsckwards, pushing heavily with my arms, pulling heavily with my arms, and continue until 30-40 min. have passed. it's a great exersize- i burn about 400-500 calories and sweat a storm. plus it's good on the knees...
