Ht. 5'4", Wt. 145 - I am really curious about how healthy I was today. BREAKFAST: special k cereal, 4 carrots; MID-MORNING SNACK: 20 grapes; LUNCH: 1/2 a PB sandwhich on white bread and a banana; SNACK: pretzels; DINNER: spaghetti w/ parmesaen cheese, green beans, and a cup of milk; DESSERT: a "no-pudge" ice cream bar; and for excercise I did like 10 minutes in the morning, 3 laps in p.e., stretching, ping pong, and then after school I walked my dog for 20 minutes.
