Ht. 5'8, Wt. 250 - Hey guys...so I really wanna lose weight but I have a problem staying motivated..I dont know....i mean im good with not eating any snacks and stuff and i eat smaller portions and stuff but im always to lazy to exercise...I really wanna lose a lot of weight before like july but i need a weight loss buddy...post back if you can help!!! thanks!! 33

don't lose weight for some special event or whatever just make a lifestyle change. eat healthy and excercise regularly. push yourself!!!!

exesize first thing in the morning- force yourself no matter how lazy you feel. when you're done you don't have tpo worry aboiut it for the entire day and you feel great and are that much closer to losing all of the excess weight!
