Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 - Every one keeps saying to exersise in the morning and stuff but what is a good routine for me? i mean i mostly want help on what to do for my tummy. if you now any good exersises for the core area plz tell me :) 3 3 3 3 3 3 thx
Reply from anne, Age 19 - 04/11/06 - IP#: 131.229.170.xxx a good routine for you is to work on your men tality because you are not overwight or "fat", that is all in your head. you should still exersize and eat healhty but don't strive to lose weight- just live healthily. this site is not for you.
Reply from amanda, Age 16 - 04/11/06 - IP#: 24.28.146.xxx Always start off with good streching, then move on to 30 minutes of cardio (running, walking, jogging, doing the eliptical tariner *anything that gets your heart pumping*) then move on to strenght training. see..i have the same stomch prolem, but using one of those really big balls to do crunches and situps on really helps.. Just remember to lose weight, you HAVE to do cardio
