Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - I am POed at the fact that people come on thinking that they're gonna be funny by posting mean stuff about people being fat or overweight.We are overweight not diseased. Gosh. Ne way I am sooooooo overweight and have even thought about going anorexic.I have been going to the gym but struggle with emotional overeating.HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

PZ PLZ PLZ PLZ NEVER BECOME ANOREXIC! YOU CAN LOOSE WEIGHT! take it easy. 1st find you personal "trigger foods",things that spin u out of control, such as candy, bread, or cookies. start by gradually chopping these out of ur meal plan and only have minimal quantities in the house or none at all. replace these all with healthy snacks like fruits, pudding, yogurt, gramn crackers with peanut butter, trail mix, or veggies with lowfat dip. now, do u drink sugary things, juices, or soda? try ur absolute hardest to rplace these with water, flavored seltzers, or club soda. make sure u never skip meals, have 3 healthy meals a day, such as brekfast a bowl of kashi heart to heart cereal with a banana, a ham and cheese sandehcih for lunch, and a veggie burger for dinner. these can all be bulked up w/veggies and eat 3 of those healthy snacks. exercise? well, start by doing something like yoga or pilates to beginning toning and making u stronger. then do some cardio like jogging, swimming. it make take a while, it took me a month, but i've lost nearly 10 lbs. good luck! :-)

Anorexia is a mental disease..you can't jsut GO anorexic..but anyways besides that...if you try to go a day 2 days 3 days or w.e. without eating..then the meal that eat eat *even if its just a bite* WILL be stored as fat. Starving yourself only ruins your metabolism, thus you cannoootttttt burn fat...
