Ht. 5'6, Wt. 186 pounds - Heyy guys, i havnt posted for a while, but i need some help. i cant get out to a gym during the week or on the weekends, i was wondering if you guys could like help me out with some exercises i could do in my room or my basement, ANYTHING would help, thanks a bunch:)

get a taebo tape! also jump roping does amazing things for your endurance and body

Videos are a great alternative, and so are books. (I like "Toning For Teens" by Joyce L. Vedral! You need dumbells for it.)

my mom sells this avon stuff, and they had this video and i guess you dance to it or something, but it supposed to help you burn calories so im hoping that will help. and thanks:) good luck to you too..im hoping to lose not alot, but a good amount for the summer

try buying a pilate/yoga tape, crunches, pushups, or jumprope. good luck!
