Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162.5 - today so far I ate... for breaky a bowl of special K vanilla almond and for lunch slimfast and fruit. So far how do u think I did? for dinner I will either have a tuna wrap and veggies or slimfast and a salad. Thanks! Oh and I lost 16lbs so far!

That is great! Congrats on your weighttloss! But two things, 1. What about snacks? You need to eat every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism revved. And 2. You need more dairy!!!!!

Thats awesome! Just dont forget that you need your fruits and veggies! Try adding them in somehow for a snack if you'd like
