Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - I did some exercise on the medine ball (exercise big ball) I put it against the wall and put my back against it and lifted 3 lb weights and when I woke up this morning, my back was in painnnnnnnnnnn. It hurts like hell right now everytime I get up to walk and stuff. DId I do a back exercise? because honeslty I dunno what I did...it just looked interesting to do it up against the wall. lol but now my back hurtsss.

its probaly because you worked muscles that havent been used before its perfectly normal when you try something new liek for cheer my shoulders hurt liek crazy and then for ballet my legs hurt
