see usha yoga is for flexibility and toning, but becuases it relaxes you, you have less stress. less stress=less compulsive binging. see! it's really great. you should try to do it 2-3 times a week. btw, women who pracice yoga were found to be more comfortable in their bodies and were much less vaulnerable to eating disorders! :)

Yes, it is very good for weightloss. You can even get special tapes for weightloss!

I think mostly for stretching and relieving stress...but yeah, maybe weight loss also?
we have the same goal:)
