Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 148 - I followed the plan GREAT today. I woke up, at oatmeal and half of a graipfruit with nofat milk. I went to the gym and burned around 700 calories..I ate a cup of fruit and a powerbar for a snack..For lunch I had A broccoli and Cheese oven baked potato..For the afternoon snack I had a brownie *dont worry..its from jenny craig so i didnt pack that much fat nor calories at all* then for supper I had Lasganae with broccoli..and Right now Im eating my no fat yogurt! I'm so glad I've learned to eat in moderation. The results are miracuolous! If you need any help at all on whe and what to eat feel free to ask!

Well, it wokrs in highschool..or at least in mine..You just have to eat like during passing period and lunch and stuff. It doesnt interfere too much with my schedule.
