Ht. 5'5, Wt. 211 - Has anyone tried drinking tea on their diets regular tea or green tea ? I heard it helps to burn more calories and result in more weight loss. Ive just started drinking regular lipton tea that is unsweetened and I drink it it hot not chilled. Please reply if you have tried this or know that it works.
