Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - well today, for breakfast i had a bowl of captain crunch with 1% milk, then i had to babysit this 7 year old and all she did was eat [and she is overweight], so about an hour after breakfast i had a weight watchers ice cream with her, then for lunch we had peanut butter sandwiches and chocolate chip cookies, and some water bottles, then we went on an hour walk and i had to carry her on my back and she is like 80 pounds and 4'2" so it was pretty hard on my back. then i had to chase her around my house. up and down stairs because she was taking all my stuff and hiding it. so i got a work out there too. for dinner i am having 2 un-breaded chicken cutlets, and peas and carrots. so how do you guys think i did today? in my opinion, i dont think i got enough good calories. but what do you guyss think?

that's okay. cookies, a treat. and the calcium is the ice cream is good cause it's www and low in fat. not bad at all, really! i don't drink 1% but that's still i good choice, i like fat free plus milk it's creamy like 1% and tastes a lot better than skim! :)
