Ht. 5'10.5", Wt. 200 - hey guys i am a little upset- i lost 20 pounds over the last three weeks- it is about to be the end of the fourth week and i havent lost any weight- i noticed this at the begining of the week and upped the amount of exercise i do but it hasnt helped- any ideas?
