Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - So i think im doing good so far today..for breakfast i had a bowl of special k and half of a banana. For lunch i had 10 saltines with shrimp.& a light yogurt. For Dinner im going to have a grilled cheese sandwich(2 slices of fat free kraft and 2 slices of wheat bread) with 1/2 can of veggies and a carrot sticks. My workout for today was an hour and a half at the gym. I did 30min on the eliptical (burned 400 cals) and 25 min on the bike (burned 150 cals) and 10 minutes on the treadmill. I also did a whole bunch of crunches. How do you think i did? (oh yeah all water too :))

much better than me! great food choics! LOL but becuase i was feelin kinda tired i sorta only put like 70% effort into my pilates instead of my ususal 110%, but that's okay cause when i go back to school i'm gonna start my belly, butt, and thoghs workout dvd! :) keep going!
