There is such thing as negative calories. ALL foods contain some calories, but it is believed by many (including some doctors) that some foods take up more calories to digest than the calories that are in the food:
VEGETABLES

asparagus
beets
broccoli
cabbage (green)
carrots
cauliflower celery
chicory
chili peppers
cucumbers
endive
garlic lettuce
onions
papayas
spinach
turnip
zucchini

FRUITS
apples
cranberries
grapefruit

no such thing. wish there was.. sorry :( I bought a BAG of apples and on the bag it said that they were 80 cals. i read ther ewas no such thing too.
