I tried a dif. approach today..check it out. For breakfast i had a bowl of cereal and 1/2 of a banana.then i was busy with something til lunch. I had some shrimp/saltines and a light yogurt. then for a snack i had fruit. for the next 3 hours i wasnt busy, so what i did was when i felt hungry is i cut an apple in 4 peices and everytime i felt hungry i got up for ONE piece and put a little peanut butter on it. then the next time i grabbed another. until i ate the whole apple. that kept me til dinner. then dinner i ate a grilled cheese with veggies. later ill probably have something small like i did with the apple before 630. after 630 just start chugging water when you get hungry. you can do it! and chew gum it really helps.

And those calories add up so I suggest to seriously try not pigging out at all. Try listening to music, dancing, riting in a journal, brushing your teeth (makes you not want to eat with the minty taste in your mouth), or doing something that you find fun when you feel like pigging out.
