Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - for dinner i had a garden burger, broccoli, and a whipped potato w/ 2 g of fat and 1/2 a cupcake. i think i did pretty good! i didn't plan on a sliver of this light quish, but it was VERY tiny.
