Ht. 5'4", Wt. 200ish - How does this sound for today? Breakfast: Special K cereal w/ fat free milk. Lunch: A big salad with lots of veggies and a little fat free dressing. Snack: a fat free yogurt Dinner: Some homemade burrito things made with ground chicken, seasoning, herbs, with corn tortilla's, cheese, and homemade salsa(I figure it's about 500 to 700 calories because of the cheese...bad I know) I've been drinking a lot of tea, so that's my water. Overall, how did I do?

really wonderful! cheese is a good source of calcium, just choose like 2% milkfat. great job! :)
