Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - this is why yoga is great for you: yoga is for flexibility and toning, but becuases it relaxes you, you have less stress. less stress=less compulsive binging, etc., etc. see! it's really great. you should try to do it 2-3 times a week. btw, women who pracice yoga were found to be more comfortable in their bodies and were much less vaulnerable to eating disorders! :)

omg i knoww! yoga is soo awesome! i used to take this class where you do yoga in a sauna and wow the pounds literally melt off and afterwards you feel sooo relaxed
