Ht. 5.4, Wt. 150 - I always do really good on my healthly eating, then i have something that messes up my whole day, then i start pigging out when i get home thinking that i am going to start to eat good the next day and i do then when i mess up it happens all over again and i gain the weight back. How do i stop?

I used to do the exact same thing. I say used to because I've been doing great for a whole week. I basically just don't restrict certain foods, I just eat them in moderation. Since I don't restrict all foods then when I eat something bad it's OK as long as I don't go nuts. :- p I don't know if this will help or not, but that's what I do...
