Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Is it possible to go from 199 to 150 by october? Because I am already down 6 pounds, but I want to be fit for tennis next March.
Reply from Lindsey, Age 10 - 04/14/06 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx That sounds pretty good, two pounds a week is very healthy. You may lose a little less, or a lot, if you don't try all that hard or gain muscle. Maybe shoot for 160 pounds so you have room to be a little lazy and gain muscle. Good luck!
