Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Watching television while working out makes it easier on your sanity. Plus it distracts you from the tough thing you are doing.

I know, I watch it when I'm weight-lifting in my room. Otherwise all of the excersize I do is on the TV! I have free On-Demand and there is an excersize channel!Otherwise I listen to music.
